The agreement

By using Mnemoz (the app and mnemoz.app, operated by BX Consulting Groups LLC), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Mnemoz.

Your memories are yours

You own everything you put into Mnemoz — your photos, recordings, and stories. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service: storing your content, processing it with AI to provide the product's features, and displaying it back to you and to people you explicitly share it with. We claim no other rights, and this license ends for content you delete.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload photos and stories you have the right to share.
• Only share memories with people you trust, and be truthful when claiming to be a person in a shared memory.
• Don't use Mnemoz for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, and don't attempt to access other people's archives.
• Keep your login email secure — anyone with access to your email can access your account.

AI-generated content

Mnemoz uses AI to help tell and organize your stories. AI-written summaries and reflections are grounded in what you actually said, but AI can make mistakes — you can edit any memory, and you should review anything important. AI output about you is part of your content and remains yours.

The service

Mnemoz is provided "as is," in active development, and may change, pause, or add limits (such as storage or usage caps) as the product evolves. We work hard to protect your archive, but no service can promise perfect availability, and you should keep your own copies of irreplaceable photos. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (currently: zero — Mnemoz is free during early access).

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page — everything goes with it, permanently. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
